9-Week Nervous System Program

Soulhouse is the first brand in Germany to make nervous system regulation quantitatively measurable – in cooperation with neuroscientist Lucie Schnitzer (MSc Applied Neuroscience, King's College London, founder of the "Default Resilient Method"). Nine weeks of Soulhouse treatment combined with her biofeedback program show in black and white how touch and breathing reduce stress levels.

Important: Here you book your access to the program – the treatments themselves are taken weekly at a Soulhouse studio of your choice.

The three packages

Each package is limited to exactly one type of treatment (no mixing). Everything else in the program is identical for all three packages. Limited to 30 spots in Cohort 1 (September–December 2026).

• 2 assessments of 60–90 minutes each in the Assessment Center (at the start and end of the program)
• Biofeedback app & sensor for the entire program duration
• 1-hour online introductory workshop with Lucie (process, app explanation, introduction)
• 9 weekly Soulhouse treatments (type depends on package)
• Weekly group coaching calls with Lucie (recorded, viewable anytime)
• Exclusive WhatsApp community for exchange, motivation, and daily tips
• Personal evaluation report at the end

What the assessment specifically shows

The assessment makes your nervous system's recovery capacity visible: how calm it is at rest, how it reacts under stress, and how completely it recovers. Measured across six biosignals, condensed into a score – the Default Resiliency Index – and one of four pattern types: Settled, Resilient, Shutdown, or Activated. The evaluation also breaks down four systems individually: brake, accelerator, body tension, and thinking brain.

The assessment makes nervous system regulation visible and supports stress regulation – it does not replace medical diagnosis or therapy. For existing health conditions, we refer to a doctor or therapist.

Process, Period & Availability

• Duration: September – December 2026 (9 weeks of treatment plus assessments at the beginning and end)
• Treatments can be received at all Soulhouse studios throughout Germany

Right of withdrawal

Statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from booking, as with any distance service contract.
